Dispatch (self-hosted) · Last updated 21 July 2026

This application (“Dispatch”, “the app”) is a social media scheduling tool operated by Edos Solutions, used to manage social media accounts across several independently run businesses — including our own and businesses we manage on behalf of clients. It does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for advertising. This policy explains what the app stores and how to have it removed.

Information we store

  • Account details — your name and email address, used to sign you in.
  • Connected social accounts — when you connect a channel (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Business), the app stores the access token that platform issues, plus the account’s public name, ID, and avatar. Tokens are used only to publish content you schedule and to read back the analytics for your own accounts.
  • Content you create — the posts, captions, media, and schedules you enter into the app.
  • Analytics — engagement and follower figures retrieved from the connected platforms’ APIs for your own accounts, shown back to you on your dashboard.

How the information is used

Data is used solely to provide the app’s features to you — scheduling and publishing your posts to the accounts you connect, and displaying analytics for those accounts. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the tool on your behalf.

Third-party platforms

When you connect an account and schedule a post, the app communicates with that platform’s official API (for example Meta’s Graph API for Facebook, Instagram, and Threads; the Google/YouTube, X/Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn APIs) to publish content and read the analytics of your own accounts. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Data retention & deletion

You can disconnect any channel at any time from the Channels page, which deletes the stored token for that account. You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Danger Zone. To request deletion of your data directly, or to ask what is stored, contact us at the address below and we will action the request.
