Dispatch (self-hosted) · Last updated 21 July 2026
This application (“Dispatch”, “the app”) is a social media scheduling tool operated by Edos Solutions, used to manage social media accounts across several independently run businesses — including our own and businesses we manage on behalf of clients. By signing in and using the app you agree to these terms.
Accounts are created for named individuals by the operator. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, and we will reset it.
When you connect an account (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Business), the app acts on your behalf through that platform’s official API to publish the content you schedule and to read back analytics for your own accounts. Your use of each platform remains governed by that platform’s own terms and policies, and those terms take precedence over anything in this document with respect to that platform. You may disconnect any channel at any time from the Channels page, which deletes the stored token for that account.
You retain all rights to the content you create and schedule. The app stores it solely to provide the scheduling and publishing features to you. We do not sell, rent, or use your content for advertising or profiling. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored and how to have it removed.
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with no warranty of any kind. It may be taken offline for maintenance, and scheduled posts may fail to publish for reasons outside our control, including changes to, outages of, or rate limits imposed by third-party platform APIs, or expiry or revocation of the access tokens those platforms issue. You are responsible for verifying that important posts published as intended.
To the extent permitted by law, Edos Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, revenue, reach, or engagement, arising from your use of the app or from a post failing to publish. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. The operator may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms, or when a user no longer requires access. On deletion, your posts, connected channels, and stored tokens are removed.
These terms may be updated as the app changes. The revision date at the top of this page indicates when they were last amended, and continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
